I represent homeowners and future homeowners all along Florida’s Emerald Coast and I'm committed to listening to my clients’ needs and utilizing my keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.
I grew up in Panama City, and I understand the numerous benefits of living in the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches,” with its unmatched weather and culture. With a degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Aeronautics, I stumbled upon the real estate profession by chance. Initially, I obtained my license to support a family member who was working towards their own license. However, I unexpectedly fell in love with the industry and truly came to appreciate the meaning of my grandfather's words: 'If you love your job, you'll never work a day in your life.
Since starting in the business, I’ve become an esteemed realtor, highly regarded by my clients and professionals in the field. I am well-connected and actively involved in our community. Thanks to my extensive network and life-long residency in this area, I bring both enthusiasm and expertise to every client interaction and remain dedicated to providing them with the best possible service. Outside of real estate, I take pride in giving back to the community and serve as a volunteer with the Bay County Guardian ad Litem program, which provides a voice for abused and neglected children in the foster care program.
I have learned from some of the best real estate marketers in the nation and effectively utilize digital marketing. I understand that technology is ever changing, and I am constantly educating myself to stay on top of the ever-changing landscape. I believe that ongoing education is key to providing excellent service to my clients. That's why I have obtained several designations in real estate, including GRI, MCNE, RSPS, PSA, MRP, and C2EX. I also utilize a team of professional service providers to assist with my clients’ buying and selling needs, including stagers, designers, handymen, and inspectors. I am communicative, thorough, and detail oriented, and I’ll be alongside you every step of the way!
